Terms & Conditions
Payment of fees is due at the end of every session, unless you are bulk purchasing sessions or classes in advance.
If you are late to your appointment, it is up to the discretion of your physiotherapist whether to finish your appointment at the scheduled time or extend it. You will still be liable for the full cost of your appointment regardless.
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
If for unforeseen circumstances we need to cancel your appointment, we will reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. You will not be charged for the cancelled appointment, and any fees paid will be transferred to your new appointment, or refunded if the appointment gets cancelled entirely.
